高级（资深）业务开发经理

1.依据公司战略负责指定区域内业务的开拓,根据区域销售预测完成指定产品线的设备租赁、销售和服务任务；

Develop sales opportunity in accordance with company strategy in assigned areas and achieve rental、sales and service targets of products according to the sales forecast.

2.维护区域内现有客户的客勤关系，稳定现有业务并推动业务的增长；

Maintain existing customer relation in the area and stabilize existing business while promoting business growth.

3.负责区域内客诉问题及突发事件的应急处理；

Responsible for dealing with customer complains and emergency event.

4.负责辖区内所有租赁车辆的商务运营维护，实现客户和公司共赢;

Responsible for commercial operation and maintenance of existing fleet under rental contract in the area to achieve win-win relation between customer and company.

5.搜集当地租赁业务数据及竞争对手动态，定期形成分析报告并提出有效改善区域市场渗透率和成交率的建议;

Collect local rental market information and competitor news, submit regular analysis report and feasible suggestion to improve the penetration rate and success rate.

6.协助上级主管临时交办的其他事项工作;

Assist supervisor to complete other jobs assigned per requirement.
