Key Account Manager / Sr. Senior Account Executive - Your Future Position?
As a Key Account Manager / Senior Account Executive in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will be based in Guangzhou and report to the Sales Manager, South China. You will need to provide on-going support to customer in south China, identify and explore new business opportunities to specific areas/categories/customers in order to achieve sales aspirations. In this exciting role you will:
- Initiate and execute business plan to develop and penetrate target geography and key categories in order to achieve sales target, project pipeline, and new win revenue
- Develop strategic relationship with customer Developing and building strong relationship with new and assigned customers, proactive business activities
- Play a project leader role in leading ensure the company resources (people, time, investment) are efficiently, Work closely with internal departments to qualify and develop new products and win new product briefs
- Sharply identify the customer needs, and build a strong & clear biz case for each individual project
- Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (business development plan), initiating, planning, coordinating, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team
- Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers and maximize win rate, while delivering superior customer experience
- Collaborate with peers and support team to enhance experience sharing and facilitate business success in other territories

Your professional profile includes:
- Above 5 years’ sales experience in food /ingredient/additives industry, either in technical or commercial field
- Bachelor degree, food science related major is a plus
- Passion to win in a challenging environment
- Good business acumen in the selective category
- Good analytical skills to drill to the root cause
- Resilient in the demanding sales work
- Good organization awareness
- Growth mindset and strong learning agility
- Good command of English, skillful in using MS office
