In this role you will work on multiple projects on which you will use data modeling and machine learning tools to solve different types of business problems. We have a diverse team with backgrounds in digital, ecommerce, data analysis, etc. You will use tools like Python or RResponsibilities/Who are we looking for?- Show expertise in applying and interpreting machine learning technology in prediction and delivery of substantial insights- Preferred experience in translating business needs into modeling solutions to facilitate decision-making in ecommerce business - Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders to take actions- Demonstrate the ability to balance multiple priorities- Be proactive, self-motivated and show can-do attitudeQualifications- 2+ years’ experience in data science/data analytics- BSc or MSc in Data/Computer Science/Math/Statistics or other related fields- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL- Familiar with machine learning frameworks, E.g. generalized linear regression models, tree models(random forrest, GBDT, XGB), time series models, causal models- Demonstrated growth mindset and leadership capabilities around decision-making, negotiation and motivation(self and others)- Preferred experience in digital marketing, attribution systems, recommendation algorithms, customer LTV, Ads platform
