EHS Engineer

1. According to the company's safety, environment and health policy, carry out on-site safety inspection, regularly publicize safety, environment and health knowledge to employees, enhance awareness, and ensure the promotion of continuous improvement.

2. Follow and support department EHS coordinators to push EHS regulations / requirements implementation effectively.

3. Coordinate and push EHS incidents investigate, follow up the related improvement.

4. Be responsible for fire protection work, supervise the third party to monitor the electrical, lightning protection and fire-fighting facilities, and make monthly and weekly fire-fighting equipment detection and records.

5. As the BBS coordinator, ensure BBS behavior safety observation in the factory, including organizing weekly training of BBS workshop and new observers.

6. Responsible for the implementation of TMSS inspection, and track the potential dangers.

7. Conduct LOTO audit and risk assessment according to the annual plan.

8. Assist to deal with EHS related government affairs, attend government meetings and optimize internal process according to government requirements.

9. Monitor normal operation and periodic maintenance of environmental facilities, monitor waste disposal and hazardous chemicals management, such as classification,

10. Storage, transportation, etc., to ensure that all emissions meet the requirements of national and local regulations.

11. Workshop safety inspection (5S, equipment safety, employee behavior safety etc.), report the inspection situation and organize team to do job safety analysis

12. Responsible for EHS data collection and analysis, establish and update EHS archive.

13. Responsible for equipment and facility registration event tracking and action plan due to design, modification etc.

14. Responsible for the annual monitor plan and completion.

15. Organize the plant fire drill and complete related record.

16. Permit to work for the special work and executive onsite monitor

17. Responsible for the declaration work of industry injury.

18. Other EHS related work.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanism, Electric, Chemical or related.

2. 5+ years’ experience of working in manufacturing industry.

3. Has ISO14001 certificate, OHSAS18001 internal auditor qualification is prefer.

4. Solid Hand-on experience in EHS management.

5. English as basic work is preferred.
