PM工程师

1. 主导新产品开发，和进入生产；

Lead new product development and the launching into manufacturing.

2. 和客户团队及内部团队紧密合作沟通，制定项目不同开发阶段的计划并执行；

Work closely with customer and project team to plan and execute development schedule for each build.

3. 合理调配项目资源，使项目进度如期，并对结果负责；

Allocate project resources reasonably to ensure project on schedule and responsible for the results.

4. 与外部和内部团队一起推动日常工作以实现项目计划，质量，出货；

Drive day-to-day activities with external and internal team to meet project schedule, quality and delivery.

5. 对接客户EPM/PD/GSM/MQE，维护客户关系；

Primary contact for customer EPM/PD/GSM/MQE, maintain relationship.

6. 完成公司领导安排的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

任职资格(QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS)：

1. 本科以上学历，英语CET-4 以上并听、读、写、说熟练，能独立对接海外客户，有对接A客户经验优先；

Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above and proficient in listening, reading, writing and speaking，

Able to cooperate with oversea customers independently, experience with A customers is preferred.

2. 5年以上项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理内容及方法，有一定的制作项目报告和汇报能力；

More than 5 years of project management experience，familiar with project management content and methods. capable to make project reports and presentation.

3. 熟悉纺织行业针织产品，纱线等产品, 或相关行业经验尤佳；

Familiar with knitting products, yarn, etc. in textile industry, experience in related industry is preferred.

4. 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，推动能力强，有全局观念， 思维清晰有逻辑性；

Good communication and coordination ability with cross-department, strong promotion ability, global concept, clear and logical thinking.
