1、Manage the team to follow defined incident management process.

管理团队，遵循规定的事件管理流程；

2、Address escalated issues timely and escalate to next level when appropriate

及时处理升级的问题并在适当的时候升级到下一个级别；

3、Manage the team to monitor infrastructure and applications with a 24x7x52 operation

管理团队以监控基础设施和应用程序的 24x7x52；

4、Make sure services are delivered via proper standard operating procedures and arrange trainings to team members when appropriate

确保服务通过适当的标准化操作程序提供，并在适当的时候为团队成员安排培训；

5、Provide regular updates to senior IT management during critical IT incident

在关键IT事件期间定期向高级IT管理层提供最新信息；

6、Ensure the daily backup jobs of all business applications could be completed successfully

确保所有业务应用程序的日常备份作业能够成功完成；

7、Manage the team to perform regular maintenance to production servers likes updating Windows security patches

管理团队定期维护生产服务器，如更新Windows安全修补程序；

8、Manage the performance of the support team and make necessary adjustment to align team performance to the rest of the Command Center

管理支持团队的绩效，并做出必要的调整，以使团队绩效与指挥中心其他部门保持一致；

9、Setups automate solution for Command Center daily routine tasks

为Command Center日常任务设置自动化解决方案。

REQUIREMENTS：

1、Bachelor degree or above, computer science, network engineering or related major is preferred;

本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程等相关专业优先；

2、Have Windows server technical experience and troubleshooting experience.

有Windows服务器技术经验和故障排除经验。

3、良好的英文能力，能接受轮班/通宵班 （提供补贴）。
