职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Developing client base and establishing long-term relationships with a portfolio of parties (including but not limited to bankers, lawyers, and other professional business parties);
2. Promoting our Premier Service to potential clients, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units;
3. Accountable for the strategic development and ongoing management of diverse channels, as well as coordinating and organizing various channel-related activities;
4. Supporting company improvement initiatives, connecting market feedback;
5. Responsible for engaging in strategic dialogues with the market, deeply understanding market demands, and possessing keen insight into market trends and profound comprehension abilities. Simultaneously serving as the company's brand ambassador to enhance the company's influence in the market.
6. Explore our professional services areas in depth, carefully curate and integrate our professional services to present to business partners or clients in an efficient way.
7. Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide data support for the company's strategic development.
8. Possess keen market insight and analytical skills, familiar with various marketing strategies and tools, capable of designing and implementing effective frameworks to achieve client goals, and adept at flexibly adjusting frameworks based on changes in customer needs or market conditions.
9. Swiftly and effectively introduce new businesses into the company, ensuring a seamless integration of business processes and reducing the time cost of onboarding. Conduct comprehensive analysis and positioning of new businesses, coordinate internal and external resources, optimize resource allocation to ensure that new businesses can quickly enter the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and proficiency in taxation, accounting, finance, and related fields;
2. Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability;
3. Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for clients;
5. Ability to build and maintain high-quality industry networks.;
6. Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure;
7. Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills;
8. Over ten years of work experience;
9. Fluency in Mandarin and English;
