1.Responsible for yield improvement by target commitment, improvement program planning and detail action execution.

负责产品良率提升

2.Heating and surface treating process development and process capability continue improvement.

负责热处理和表面工艺开发和持续改进

3.Join factory 6 sigma and automation projects, develop DMAIC approach for problem solving; predictive data analysis.

参与工厂6西格玛和自动化项目，开发解决问题的DMAIC方法，进行相关数据分析。

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree and above in Material or Chemical related, 5 years or above PE experience.

材料及化学相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上工艺工程师相关工作经验；

2.Process control and statistics knowledge. know ISO9000.

熟悉过程控制和统计知识，数据统计及分析方法，了解ISO9000体系；

3. 6 sigma BB is a plus

6sigma绿带者优先考虑

4. Skillful in written English, fluent speaking is preferred.

具有良好的英语沟通能力；

4. Good communication skills with internal and external team.
