Process Engineer

1.Comply with the company policy and regulations, such as safety, environment, quality, ethics and other aspects.

2.Participate in safety training and improvement projects to minimize plant risk.

3.Participate in or lead production line construction or renovation projects, study and communicate with foreign colleagues or local teams.

4.Maintain and improve process in terms of reliability and stability, to monitor and guarantee control point, parameter, key equipment/fixtures, whole process under control.

5.Provide daily workshop technical support to improve related safety, quality, and efficiency issues.

6.Continuously study capacity and capability of production line, to provide improvement or evolution plan to management level and main focus on manufacturing processes, manufacturing organization, fixtures/tools and production equipment.

7.Deal with quality issues both inside and outside, workout technical solution to fix quality issues.

8.Maintain and optimize the layout to get the best efficiency of space and material flow.

9.Support maintenance team to deal with equipment issues.

10.Draw up Equipment Instruction, Working Instruction and process specification.

11.Track the status of the fixture and tools, make sure all are in good condition, new design and improve them.

12.Lead and participate in the CI or kaizen project.

13.Prepare and suggest the cost reduction projects, and carry out the projects to meet with the target.

14.Other task assigned by superiors.
