Sales Engineer, belonging to the Sales Department function and member, is responsible for sales management of existing customers and development of new customers, undertaking departmental and individual performances. At the same time as a member of the Sales Program Office (SPO), to support the sales of HD product line and Integrator business, responsible for communicating with customers, confirming the configuration and ensuring that the order placed to factory smoothly.

This position serves as a reserve member of the Key Account Manager (KAM) ladder.

销售工程师，属于销售部职能及成员，负责现有客户的销售管理和新客户的开发工作，承担部门和个人业绩考核。同时担任销售项目办公室（SPO）成员，支持销售部的HD产品线和Integrator业务，负责和客户的沟通，确认配置和确保订单顺利下达。此岗位作为大客户经理（KAM）梯队建设储备成员。

工作内容

Job Description

1. Responsible for sales management of existing customers, maintain long-term relationship with customers and undertake the development of new customers.承担现有客户的销售管理工作，维护好与客户长期稳定的合作关系，并承担新客户的开发工作；

2. Cooperate with Integrator business leader to develop Integrator business and achieve annual sales targets, and achieve the individual sales target at the same time.配合Integrator 业务负责人开展Integrator业务并实现年度销售目标，同时需要完成个人销售目标；

3. Support the HD product line (including market analysis, competitor analysis, company's business data analysis, etc.). 支持销售部的HD产品线（包括市场分析、竞品分析、公司历年业务数据分析等）；

4. Work as a member of Sales Project Office (SPO), ensure the configuration parameters and ensure the production plan can proceed success.作为项目办公室成员(SPO)，确认配置参数，以便于生产计划可以顺利进行；

5. Other work from Sales Department. 来自销售部的其他工作安排。

任职要求

Qualification Requirements

1. Fresh graduate, bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or other related.

应届生亦可，本科以上学历，机械/工业工程等工科专业；

2. Basic English language skills required, requires ability to communicate in English with foreign colleagues simply.

具有一定的英文沟通能力，能与外籍同事进行简单沟通；

3. Learning ability, initiative to learn, self-driven growth.

学习能力，能够主动学习，自我驱动成长；

4. Problem solving ability.具备问题解决能力

5. Purposeful and resilient .目标性和韧性
