Business (50%) :
83 Reach the annual budget for products.
83 Prepare, present and conclude sales proposals.
83 Develop the skills of system tools such as CRM and SAP to follow properly the project and ongoing sales and maintain the customer account.
83 Identify the need or potential improvement from client during the visit or discussion for products and technologies.
83 Negotiate contracts in partnership with the Legal Affairs Division.
83 Develop or provide the input for marketing of product to support the Axens strategy.
83 Collecting the marketing data to develop the vision and position of Axens technologies and products.
83 Ensure interface with clients, Axens internal services and external stakeholders like IFPEN or partners.
Business development (50%) :
83 Interact with different services in Axens including Industrial Operation Business Division for a proper technology transfer, and the Business Developer manager to progress on the partnership and ensure that the roadmap between the different parties is followed regarding schedule, delivery and quality.
83 Participate to events, meetings in link with the Chinese Battery Ecosystem . Develop Business Intelligence on the chinese export strategy, the innovation in progress, the market position of the different actors.
83 Participate in the strategy of sourcing/off take of the MACARON factory by Chinese mining company and Chinese battery manufacturer/OEM.
83 Participate to all the meetings including Axens, the Chinese partner with or without 3rd parties.
83 Establish with the Business Development manager a communication plan and prepare the material to be used.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
83 The process design experience or engineering design work background is preferable.
83 Experience in refinery, petrochemicals, and ideally in new energies (for example, SAF or bioethanol) sectors to identify and develop potential retrofit solutions.
83 Sales and technical profile with at least 10 years of experience.
83 You have experience in the business development, product supply, purchasing or as regional sales manager.
83 You have business acumen and knowledge of contractual discussions in an international environment.
83 You are a native Chinese speaker and your English is fluent.
83 Knowledge and experience in the battery business is a plus but is not a mandatory.
