Job Description Summary：
Responsible for the engineering operations of the business. Directs and oversees business engineering practices, including the effective optimization of equipment and materials for production. Manages the introduction of new/modified equipment, tools, software and systems. Provides insight and develops priorities for engineering projects and services, while ensuring engineering performance and quality goals are met. Analyzes market and technology demands to assess the feasibility of projects and plans. Establishes engineering standards and manage budgetary controls.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES ：
61 Regional leader for safety, especially process design, project construction and implementation safety
61 Regional capital expenditure deployment and End to End Project Delivery
61 Supervise and prioritizes the engineering staff to deliver plant and corporate goals
61 Manages technical and career development of engineering staff
61 Prepares and manages plant annual and 5 year capital plan
61 Regional productivity program delivery
61 Regional delivery of sustainability program
QUALIFICATIONS ：
61 Bachelors of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
61 Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
61 Strong written and verbal communication skills
61 Fluency in English and Mandarin
Preferred:
61 Experience in Chemical Process Engineering or Chemical Production
61 Experience in Food Manufacturing
61 Experience managing individuals over multiple sites
61 Experience with project management of large capital projects (>$5m for each project). Managed total projects valued up to 50M.
