职位描述
- Have 5 to 10 years of professional work experience, within the power products, computer peripheral industry, as a Product Development Manager, Product Manager, Design Engineer equivalent role with a strong focus on project execution.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technical Business equivalent required.
- Have an in-depth understanding of technical hardware product development processes, from project kick off through various stages of prototyping to pilot run and mass production in manufacturing environment.
- Have a working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in AC-DC adapters, wireless chargers, USB Power Delivery products, power banks, DC-DC adapters, USB chargers, CLA, various types of cables, etc.
- Have a clear understanding of product compliance such as UL safety, FCC, CE, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65 and other industry certifications in various countries.
- Able to read schematic & fabrication drawing, create detailed product spec & test plan, as well as circuit design is a plus.
- Have ability to tackle multiple simultaneous projects in a fast pace and changing environment.
- Have a proven track-record of strong planning and organizational skills, with experience engaging with cross functional teams across multiple countries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have highly proficient computing skills with emphasis on MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Have written & verbal communication skills in English (not a must) and good verbal skill in Mandarin.
