Cost Accountant（成本会计）

Tracking on the BOM list and material price in order to make sure the BOM cost are accurate.

Tracking all ECN change impact for all launch programs

Perform cost variance analysis on monthly basis.

Tracking on function saving completion, work with related department to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Tracking on direct labor headcount and cost, monitor and control all are within FCST;

Drive stock take and fixed assets counting on half year basis. Drive the process and coordination with the assets’ owners. Perform analysis and prepare counting report.

Ad hoc projects involve, such as margin improvement, labor utilization.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting

Above 5 years of accountant experience in a multiple company. Minimum 2 years costing background.

Good English communication both for oral and written

Be familiar with ERP system, QAD is a plus.

Ability to multiple task with strong communication skill, follow through and meet deadline.

Be able to work under pressure.
