About Us

Palatino Hospitality is a global leader in luxury hotel product design. We create bespoke objects and meaningful touchpoints that define the guest experience in the world’s most iconic properties. As we expand across Asia, we’re seeking a Styling & Product Concept Designer to help us elevate how we present, curate, and develop collections for hotel rooms and public spaces.

What You’ll Do

61 Style and curate product collections for luxury hotel spaces (guest rooms, spas, villas, suites)

61 Create moodboards, material palettes, and visual inspiration decks for internal teams and clients

61 Define materials, colors, finishes, and tones based on each project’s identity and brand

61 Support product design by sketching or guiding form, finish, and function direction

61 Set the visual tone for collections and provide styling guidance for product photography and showroom displays

61 Collaborate closely with designers, sales, and project managers to bring each vision to life

61 Research global design trends and interpret them through a hospitality lens

What We’re Looking For

61 Background in interior design, architecture, or industrial/product design

61 Strong visual sensibility and ability to convey emotion through color, materials, and composition

61 Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and surface treatments (stone, wood, metal, glass, textiles)

61 Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

61 Experience in the hospitality, luxury residential, or lifestyle sector is a plus

61 Strong communication and collaborative skills in a fast-paced, creative environment

61 Working proficiency in English

61 为高端酒店空间（客房、水疗区、别墅、套房等）策划与搭配产品系列

61 制作情绪板（Moodboard）、材质组合板及视觉灵感提案

61 根据项目品牌定位，定义所用材质、色彩、表面处理与整体风格

61 支持产品设计方向，参与造型、工艺与功能方面的创意构思

61 为产品摄影与展厅陈列提供视觉与风格指导

61 与设计、销售及项目团队紧密合作，推动创意实现

61 研究全球设计趋势，并将其转化为适用于酒店场景的视觉语言

我们希望你具备以下条件：

61 室内设计、建筑设计或产品设计等相关专业背景

61 拥有卓越的视觉搭配能力，擅长通过色彩、材质与构图传达情感

61 熟悉各种材料与表面工艺（如石材、木材、金属、玻璃、织物等）

61 熟练掌握 Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign

61 有奢华酒店、高端住宅或生活方式类品牌设计经验者优先

61 善于沟通，具备良好的团队协作能力，适应快节奏、创意驱动的工作环境

61 能用英语进行日常工作交流
