Key02Responsibilities

1、Support02the02VP02in02managing02end-to-end02GTM02initiatives02for02global02B2C02markets,02including02launch02timelines,02campaign02planning,02and02execution02tracking

2、Coordinate02with02key02performance02teams02(marketing,02sales,02e-commerce)02to02align02business02priorities02and02ensure02timely02delivery

3、Assist02in02developing02localized02market02strategies,02price02positioning,02promotional02schedules,02and02distribution02tactics

4、Drive02communication02across02internal02stakeholders02and02external02partners02to02ensure02alignment02and02timely02execution

5、Monitor02GTM02progress02and02performance02metrics;02assist02in02post-launch02analysis02and02optimization02recommendations

6、Maintain02documentation,02timelines,02and02dashboards02to02support02project02transparency02and02accountability

Requirements

1、Bachelor’s02degree02or02above,02with02overseas02education02background02strongly02preferred

2、Minimum02102year02of02relevant02experience02in02e-commerce,02brand02marketing,02business02strategy,02or02project02management

3、Strong02interest02in02global02B2C02business,02brand02internationalization,02and02cross-border02e-commerce

4、Solid02understanding02of02market02dynamics02and02business02logic;02strong02analytical02mindset

5、Proficiency02in02English02(working02language);02fluent02communication02in02both02written02and02spoken02English

6、Excellent02multitasking,02execution,02and02problem-solving02skills;02able02to02manage02deadlines02under02pressure
