SQE工程师

1. 负责COB产品装运前的现场检验。

Responsible for the onsite COB products inspection before shipment.

2.与供应商合作解决现场问题。

Work with suppliers for resolving issues onsite.

3.总结并跟踪现场老化测试出现的故障。

Summarize and track the failures during the burn in onsite.

4.有效保存 COB 的检查文件。

Maintain the inspection documents of COB effectively.

5.必要时与美国团队召开在线会议，讨论质量问题。

Online meeting with US team for quality issues discussion if needed.

6.支持华南地区供应商的质量管理，解决原材料问题并持续改进。

Support to suppliers’ quality management in South China for raw material issues and continuous improvement.

7.其他上级主管布置的工作任务。

Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

任职资格：

Requirement：

1.大专及以上学历，工程相关专业；

College degree or above; engineering related majors.

2.有 LED 行业经验和 COB 知识者优先。

Experiences in LED industry and knowledge in COB are preferred.

3.熟悉电子厂的质量控制流程；接受过正规的质量技能培训，熟悉使用质量控制相关的工具（SPC、FMEA、APQP、PPAP、8D 等者优先。

Familiar with the quality control process in the electronic factory; Received formal quality skills training, familiar with the use of QC quality related tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D etc) is preferred.

4.良好的英语技能，能够与美国团队沟通。

Good English skill. Be able to communicate with US team.

5.较好的跨部门沟通能力；良好的团队合作精神；善于组织协调，有良好的思维逻辑和语言表达能力。

Good inter-departmental communication skills; Good teamwork spirit; Being good at organizing and coordinating. Having logical thinking and good language skills.
