高级自动化工程师

1．English reading, writing and listening and have some level of spoken English is preferred. Need to communicate with customer on daily basis.

能英语阅读、写作和听力，有一定的英语口语能力优先考虑，能和客户进行日常的沟通。

2．Familiar with automation assembly technology, process. Familiar with PLC programming.

熟悉自动化装配技术，工艺。熟悉PLC编程操作。

3．Have a strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded and good skills in troubleshooting and finding solutions. Logical thinker.

有责任心，工作仔细条理清晰，有较强的问题发现及解决能力。

4．Familiar with Windows Office Word and Excel。

熟悉微软办公软件-字处理软件及表格处理软件的操作和使用。

5．Well know of ISO 14001 requirements and possess strong environmental consciousness and sense of responsibility.

熟悉ISO14001标准要求，具有较强的环境意识和责任心。

6. Well know of ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.

熟悉ISO13485和GMP标准要求。

工作职责权限

Job Responsibility & Authority:

1．Provide strong technical support for manufacturing on daily basis in assembly. 对生产线的每日生产提供技术支持

2．Be responsible for the completion of validation/qualification during the new product sampling stage.

对新项目试样阶段的验证收确认工作提供协助支持。

3．Work with team in analyzing, handling and solving quality problems, and come up with improvement solutions regarding automation assemblies

对产品的质量问题，产线的改进提供分析，处理的协助支持。

4．Coordinate with project manager to deal with the making and using of fixture and tools, to ensure the rationality of the process program

配合协调项目经理处理工装治具及设备的制造，使用。确保工艺的合理性。

5．Take the initiative to optimize the assembly process: operator-hour, cost, bottle-neck etc.

主动对装配生产工艺中的操作员工时，成本浪费，瓶颈工位等进行优化。

6．Complete relevant work files strictly according to the GMP requirement

严格按照医疗器械的GMP标准要求处理相关工作文件。

7．Other tasks by Technical Manager or Production Director.

其他技术经理或总监要求的工作。
