TPM 技术类项目经理

1. Manage whole Eng. team allocated in Resource Center in China,

2. Be main project technical interface to the customer and participate to customer meetings,

3. Lead the engineering development team by coordinating EE, ME, SYS, SW, VAL competencies and organizing regular team meetings,

4. Ensure key deliverables in time (internal and customer deliverables) and ensures that each, competency delivers what is needed to meet engineering global timing schedule,

5. Track Bill of Material costs during development of the product,

6. Ensure that all specific customer requirements are owned by at least one competency and have been planned,

7. Track requirements implementation (customer & internal) and conformity in accordance with conformity matrix,

8. Help drive the timely completion of Design Review action items,

9. Supervise internal and customer design change requests,

10. Supervise validation nonconformances and leading to close on time,

11. Provide updates of the project technical status to Supervisor as required,

12. Accomplishing tasks in accordance to quality standards and schedules.

13. Care for confidential Information and company’s property.

14. Care for good company image.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanic, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related. (R)

2. Technical expertise in the assigned domain. (R)

3. Product Development Process knowledge. (R)

4. Prior experience in automotive industry. (P)

5. Methodical approach to problem solving. (R)

6. Knowledge of estimating, planning, tracking and controlling projects. (R)

7. Good English knowledge. (R)

8. German or French knowledge will be an advantage. (P)

9. Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators. (R)

10. Decision-making skills. (R)

11. Team oriented. (R)

12. Willing to travel as required. (R)
