We are looking for a junior-level logistics coordinator to support our international export/import operations. The ideal candidate should be based in Xiamen or Shenzhen, with basic export forwarding experience, capable spoken English, and strong Excel skills.
我们正在招聘一位国际海运物流协调员（初级），支持公司全球进出口运输操作。我们优先考虑位于厦门或深圳的候选人，具备1–2年出口货代经验，能够进行日常英语口语沟通，并擅长使用Excel处理物流数据。
Responsibilities / 工作职责：
- Coordinate daily ocean shipments (FCL & LCL) for exports and imports
协助处理每日的海运出/进口运输（整箱与拼箱）
- Submit bookings with freight forwarders and carriers
与货代、船公司沟通并提交订舱需求
- Track and monitor shipments from origin to delivery
跟踪货物运输状态，确保按时交付
- Prepare and check shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, B/L instructions, etc.
准备与审核出货单证：商业发票、装箱单、提单指令
- Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems
在内部系统中准确维护出货数据记录
- Communicate with overseas suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams
与海外供应商、第三方物流及公司内部团队沟通协调
- Support freight cost audits and invoice checking
协助运费核算和发票审核
- Compile weekly/monthly freight performance data
整理周/月度运输数据并制作报表
- Learn compliance basics (Incoterms, documentation, etc.)
学习国际贸易术语和出货合规要求（如Incoterms）
Requirements / 任职要求：
- 1–2 years of export freight forwarding experience preferred
优先考虑有1–2年出口货代经验的候选人
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or similar
物流管理、国际贸易、供应链等相关专业本科及以上学历
- Spoken English for daily work communication
英语口语流利，能胜任日常工作沟通
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis)
熟练使用Excel（如公式、基础数据分析）
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and remotely
注重细节，逻辑清晰，具备远程工作的自律能力
Preference / 加分项：
- Familiar with international logistics documentation and terms (e.g. B/L, Incoterms)
熟悉国际物流单证、术语（如提单、国际贸易术语）
- Experience working with US clients or companies preferred
有与美国客户或跨国公司合作经验者优先
- Familiar with logistics tools or TMS platforms
熟悉运输管理系统（TMS）者优先
Preferred Location/ 优先考虑：厦门、深圳地区
Remote OK/ 可远程办公
Reports To / 汇报对象：Export Logistics Director 出口物流总监
