1.本岗位需要英语口语作为工作语言SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*

80 Lead various types of projects such as: Transfer Projects from sending sites to Suzhou (China), NPI Projects

from R&D, Clinical Trials Projects for China value products and etc

80 Lead cross functional project teams

80 Develop project implementation plan and monitor status and smooth execution of projects

80 Maintain Planisware data base up to date for associated projects

80 Work on Standard Cost calculation and Savings estimation

80 Work closely with Quality to develop validation strategy

80 Work closely with Planning to coordinate the cut over plan

80 Work closely with RA to coordinate product registration

80 Work closely with local and overseas R&D to support New Product development

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

80 Work with and keep a good communication with sending sites to ensure projects are completed in a

timely manner and on budget and meet all the compliance requirements

80 Maintain and update Data bases for transferred products

80 Participate/support Manufacturing and Process Engineers to recommend, design, or select

machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures required to the products

80 Participate/support Manufacturing Engineers to maintain the Item master, product routings and bills

of material in the MRP system

80 Complete trainings or workshops required or appointed in a timely manner

80 Participate/Lead CI activities to improve quality, process, cost, lead time, on time delivery, or any

other actions defined by the management team

80 Participate/Lead to make capital spend and budget plan

80 Participate to make a robust process of new equipment installation

80 Participate/lead the facility and equipment layout

80 Support local and overseas R&D on new products development

80 In partnership with the Quality department, participate to the development of the quality system and

its day to day implementation

80 Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO 9000 and CFDA requirements

80 Understand, compile and control non-conformance data and product traceability

80 Work with quality to develop and implement process validation plans
