1、Engageinaconsultative,relationship-drivenproactivesalesprocesstofocuson20-30prospects/accountsandbeaccountabletodriveaggressivesalesgoals;DefineandexecuteengagementstrategiesandtacticswiththesupportandmentorshipoftheRegionalBDDirector;IdentifyandbuildcrediblerelationshipsfromtheengineeringleveltoC-levelpersonnelrequiredtorapidlyprogressthesalescyclefromsensortest/evaluationstagetoPOCandorsmallfieldtestdeploymentswithHesaisensors.
2、Assistinthedevelopmentofastrongpipelineofnewbusinessopportunitiesthroughdirectorindirectcustomercontactandprospecting.
3、QualifyincomingleadsfortheNorthAmericaRegioncollectedorgeneratedfromHesai’scorporatewebsite,tradeshows,andvariousMarketingcampaigns.
4、UseHesaiNorthAmerica’sCRMasthedatabasemanagementtooltomaintainallcustomersandcontactsinformationaswellastrackandlogallactivitiesfromemails,calls,torevenueforecastincludingproductsanddeliverableduedate.
5、Manageashortlistofexistingcustomersandresponsibleforthedevelopmentofproactivesalesengagementstrategies,co-marketingsupportprogramsandtacticstoincreasesensorrevenuequarteroverquarter.
6、CoordinateandprovidelogisticssupporttoHesai’sDigital/EventMarketingteamforNAMtradeshowsandindustryconferences.Attendtradeshowstoengagewithpotentialandtargetedprospects,includingstrengtheningrelationshipswithexistingcustomers.
7、Dentifynewcustomer/prospectrequirementsandcommunicatetoproductmanagement,industrymanager/productmarketing,andengineeringteams.Behighlyresponsivetocustomerneedsandworkcross-functionallyinternallytosatisfycustomerandgrowrelationshipsandmaintaininternalreporting/forecastingforbusinessoperationsandfinanceteams.

任职要求

1、HightechnicalandproficientwithallaspectsofLiDARsensorsandcomplementarysensors,LiDARtechnicalapproaches,variousrealworldusecasesfromautonomousvehiclestosmartinfrastructure,to3Ddigitalimagingsurvey/mapping.
2、Trackrecordforexceedingsalestargets,businessdevelopmentgoals,accountmanagementgoals,orsuccessfulcustomerrelatedprojects.
3、Curious/Analytical:Abletobethecustomer.Understandhowtheythink,whattheywantandwhyinbothtechnicalandbusinessneedstoofferpreemptivesolutionsbeforethecustomersencountersuchpotentialbarriers.
4、Resourceful/OutoftheBoxThinking:Creativeaboutwaystogetthejobdoneefficientlyandeffectively.
5、Hungry/ResultsOriented:Hardworker,highlymotivatedtolearn,plan,execute,deliverandbeaccountableforresults.
