Who you are:
Ensure the normal operation of the GPHE facilities and equipment from mechanical orientation. Responsible for mechanic system design & trouble shooting, continuous improvement. Responsible for daily maintenance, TPM, spare parts and mechanical localization. Project management for machine improvements.
About the job:
Specific Accountable Essential to Acceptable Job Performance
Responsible for mechanical daily maintenance and non-standard mechanical design to improve current machine and fulfil the request of production needs such as fixtures. Holders, and other special design tools.
Work close with suppliers to have a smooth channel between AL and critical suppliers.
Implement TPM and CI to prevention to eliminate hidden dangers; collaboration team members participate in ALPS activities. Create TPM SOP and audit plans.
Project participation, installation, commissioning, operation to provide technical support. Work with engineers to complete the design, development and testing of machine improvement realization.
Analysis and monitor equipment’s operation, basic understanding of automation to support trouble-shooting.
Responsible for mechanic spare parts management budget review support.
Put safety in priority in all work and compliant with MSDS policy.
Maintenance technician training to continuously improve skill level of BC.
What you know:
Knowledge: Bachelor's degree or above / mechatronics engineering related. At least 5 years' experience of OEM automation mechanical design. CET-4 is a must.
Skills: High level of non-standard mechanical design knowledge is a must especially the Inventor 3D design. Basic understanding of automation system. Familiar with safety design principle like ISO13849 GB/T
30574.
Good English both in written and Oral. CET-4 at least.
Attitude: Good communication and team work. Be open-minded and team player, able to create good relationship at a professional level sharing knowledge with others, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
Motivation: Has a drive to learn new things and make changes/accept challenges all the time. Be enjoy developing new ideas, by challenging the status quo and initiating new and better solution. Have a passion for product quality and delivering robust engineering solutions.
Lean production certification is a plus.
6 sigma GB is a plus.
Automation knowledge or hydraulic background is a plus.
