Sr. Product Engineer

1) Establish good technical communication with global cross functional team

2) New product introduction: lead the product from the engineering stage to the mass production stage, and organize to complete the product reliability verification

3) Define and track the project timing, tasks, resources and deliverables according to Company Project activities and procedures.

4) In charge of the new prototype and subcomponents prototype approval from supplier in term of Materials, dimensions, functionality and durability test conformity

5) Be technical reference for assigned product with customer and internal teams, take responsibility for the quality of technical documents, drawing, BOM, specification, prototype control plan which release aligning with company strategy and standards.

6) Responsible for dealing with product abnormality, assist quality department to deal with reliability failure analysis etc. track down the cause and give the final solution.

7) Serves as a technical resource to other functional areas.

What you will need

1) Bachelor (or higher) degree (mechanical, electrical or related field)

2) At least over 8 years related working experience. Experience to work in new site is a plus.

3) Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must. Semiconductor equipment assembly factory is a plus.

4) Familiar with the process and standards related to equipment assembly industry.

5) Excellent technical knowledge about electrical.

6) Good Project management experience.
