NPD & NPI Engineer/新产品开发工程师 (职位编号：48252944)

1. Maintain and compliance with NPD/NPI/Sampling (customized sample) process, commitment to coorespondent SLA in ADS Guangzhou Site.Seek for NPD/NPI process streamline improvement opportunities;

维持并顺应NPD/NPI/定制化样品流程，满足相应的服务与绩效承诺，致力于提高ADS广州工厂新产品开发导入效率，寻求新产品的工艺改进与效率提升机会；

2.Active involvement on NPD/Sample target, solve obstacle on the way, document any changes and standardize to existing document system；

积极参与到NPD/样品生产的目标，解决障碍，对任何修改记录和标准化到文件系统中；

3. Focus on new product/process quality control and work with Quality Engineer(s) to develop appropriate QCP. CAPA to resolve product/process defects in NPD/NPI stages；

专注新产品、新制程过程的品控点，与质量工程师共同制订产品、制程品控计划与实施过程。解决产品开发与导入过程的异常问题；

4. Site level product management,product/process ECR/ECN;

工厂内的产品管理，产品与制程的变更管理;

5. Work with GPD/PLM/R&D/Platform ect team to develop/deploye/launch projects/Products success fully;

与GPD/PLM/R&D/Platform一起推动产品或项目成功开发/实施/落地等工作;

6.BOM/PI/Cost /Scrap rate/UPH update correctly in the system.creat and maintain the artwork and spec for Sample products;

物料清单/生产指引/图纸/损耗/UPH等系统的正确维护；涉及样品开发时维护图纸和产品规格书草图；

7.Explore the cost saving oppertunity via the structure optimizaiton,materials replacement and process improvement with related teams.

与对应部门一起通过结构优化、材料替换和制程提升等方式探寻降低成本的机会.

Requirements岗位要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above，educations in electronic or telecommunication field is preferred；本科及以上学历，电子或电信专业为佳；

2. At least 5 years working experience in RFID industry taking care of product development, process development etc至少在电子或RFID行业有5年工作经验，负责产品开发、工艺开发等工作；

3. Deep understanding of RFID manufacturing, processess and application；对RFID制造、工艺和应用有深入理解；

4. Fluently English communication in both speaking and writting；英语听说读写流利；

5. Strong cross functional working skills.强大的跨职能工作能力。
