我们正在寻找一位优秀的海外销售经理员加入我们销售团队,负责电机产品的国际市场拓展与销售,开拓新兴市场,提高公司产品的市场占有率。
【岗位职责Job Responsibilities】
负责海外业务拓展,建立和维护与客户的良好合作关系,实现销售目标。
Develop overseas business and establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers to achieve sales goals.
1、负责销售任务目标的制定及海外销售小组的日常管理;
Formulate sales task objectives and manage the daily operations of the overseas sales team.
2、负责电机产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作,执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划;
Develop market channels and sales work for motor products, and implement and complete the company's annual product sales plan.
3、分析行业发展趋势,制定海外市场渠道、推广和销售策略,达成销售目标;
Analyze industry development trends, formulate overseas market channels, promotion and sales strategies, and achieve sales goals.
4、制定新客户开发计划,充分运用各类渠道和开发措施,开拓有效的目标客户;
Formulate new customer development plans, make full use of various channels and development measures to develop effective target customers.
5、维护老客户关系,协助处理客户投诉,挖掘客户潜在需求,积极促成新项目合作;
Maintain old customer relationships, assist in handling customer complaints, dig out potential customer needs, and actively promote new project cooperation.
6、协调项目过程中相关部门的工作,推动客户项目顺利开展;
Coordinate the work of relevant departments during the project to promote the smooth development of the customer project.
7、督促合同的正常如期履行,并确保货款的及时回收;
Supervise the normal and timely performance of the contract and ensure the timely recovery of the payment.
8、负责销售团队人才培养,提升团队能力;
Cultivate sales team talents and improve team capabilities.
【任职要求Job Requirements】
1、本科及以上学历,英语流利,能带团队开展国外线下客户开发,有B2B平台运营管理经验;
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, able to lead a team to develop overseas offline customers, and have B2B platform operation and management experience.
2、5年以上家电/电机产品资深海外销售经验或3年以上外贸销售团队管理经验;
More than 5 years of senior overseas sales experience in home appliances/motor products or more than 3 years of foreign trade sales team management experience.
3、熟知国外电机市场情况及开发渠道,有优质客户资源,能主导国内外展会事宜;
Familiar with the overseas motor market conditions and development channels, with high-quality customer resources, and able to lead domestic and foreign exhibition matters.
4、目标感强,富有激情,优秀的业务开拓能力和商务谈判经验及敏锐的市场洞察力;
Strong sense of goals, passion, excellent business development ability and business negotiation experience, and keen market insight.
5、抗压力强,家庭稳定,工作投入度良好,可根据工作安排出差;
Strong stress resistance, stable family, good work dedication, and can travel on business according to work arrangements.
注:有带团队或独立出差国外跑线下市场开发客户或主导筹备过展会事宜的最优。
Note: It is best to have experience in leading a team or independently commuting abroad to develop offline market customers or making the best use of exhibition events.
