UC Sales Consultant(二手车销售顾问)

1、完成销售团队制定的个人销售目标，包括公司本品牌的二手车销售及其他品牌的零售；

2、完成二手车置换业务目标，完成二手车置换业务的执行和协调工作；

3、按照标准接待流程接待进店客户，包括二手车车辆介绍、提供专业服务，确立品牌形象等；确保二手车业务开展的合规性；

4、定时向厂方汇报二手车业务的完成情况（周报、月报等报表）；

5、完成二手车车辆信息系统、二手车部门相关文档中客户资料的准确、完整录入；

6、与客户达成交易，签订合同，跟进车辆交付的相关事项，给客户提供满意的车辆销售及交付体验；

7、与客户保持良好的关系，交车后跟进用车情况、保养、回访等客情联系，提高客户满意度；

8、开展内部协作，配合市场部、客户服务部、售后维修部等部门开展工作，为保证客户满意度和忠诚度提供支持；
