Identify the impact and benefits to plant from project implementation

Lead and serve project team with focus on delivery results to market on time

Align technical requirements with leading plants and R&D centers in GE

Track and assist process of Machining, Assembly & Testing release

Establish supply chain modelling (SCMo) based on ramp up demand of market

Organize regular review meeting with project coordinators and management to report the latest progress, and escalate issues if necessary

Complete Quality Gates (QG) documents as project requires

任职要求：

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering

Fundamental knowledge in development of mechanical product

3+ years experience in project management

Fundamental knowledge in ISO 9001 or IAFT 16949

Participating experience in Agile development / improvement projects (CIP, 6-sigma, LEAN, Scrum and etc.) Strong sense of responsibility and innovative thinking

Proficient in Excel, experience in VBA or Power BI with presentable example is a plus

Proficient in project timing planning, milestone focus planning

Strong communication and planning skills, work with cross functional team

Fluent written/verbal in English, regularly communicate with German colleagues and report to plant managements
