助理过程质量工程师（实习生）

Monitoring process quality prevents defect parts occurring and follow up.

生产过程质量监控，防止不良品的生产和流动。

Arrange and manage semi-product inspection and finish product inspection before delivery, prevent defect products leaking to following process and customer.

安排及管理半成品检查和成品的出货检查，防止不良品流向后工序及客户。

Sorting, marking and assessing defective semi-product and finish product.

不良半成品、成品的分类、标识和组织评定。

Revise WI for product assembly and inspection in time according to the necessity of quality control.

根据质量管控需要及时更新产品作业和检查的指导书。

Investigate and deal with customer claim, participate define and implement improvement action.

调查处理客户投诉，参与制定、实施改善措施。

Establish various quality records during daily check and make statistical analysis to find improvement opportunity.

建立各项质量记录并进行统计分析、寻找改善机会。

Qualifications/ Experience

资格与经验

Major in Mechanical/Electrical, fresh graduate or graduated and worked more than 1 year, or technical college graduation and worked more than 2 years.

机械/电气专业，实习生或本科应届毕业或毕业工作一年以上或大专毕业工作两年以上。

English capability to read and write and speak良好英语读写说能力

Capability to read drawing 读图能力

Basic knowledge of the requirements of ISO/TS16949 了解ISO/TS16949 基础知识

With good communication skill. With good team cooperation spirit 良好沟通能力

Automotive project work experience is preferred 汽车工业项目管理经验优先
