电池包结构工程师

- Responsible for the mechanical design and development of battery modules/packs and development review, including the overall layout of the battery pack,component selection and 3D modeling, 2D drawing output and technical documentation preparation.Documentation in SAP and AHP (workflows, drawings, BOMs etc.)负责电池模组/包的结构设计开发以及开发评审,包括电池包（PACK）整体布局、零部件选型及3D建模、2D图纸输出及技术文档编制。SAP 和 AHP 中的文档（工作流、图纸、BOM 等）

- Optimize the battery structure layout according to product requirements to ensure that the requirements of lightweight, heat dissipation, shock resistance, safety protection and IP protection level are met.根据产品需求进行电池结构布局优化，确保满足轻量化、散热性、抗震性、安全防护及IP防护等级要求。

- Lead the test verification related to battery structure (such as vibration, drop, impact, environmental adaptability test) and optimize the design solutions.主导电池结构相关的测试验证（如振动、跌落、冲击、环境适应性测试）并优化设计方案。

- Participate in technical docking with suppliers, and guide the selection and process implementation (such as injection molding, stamping, and welding) of components such as battery housings, connectors, and insulating materials.参与供应商技术对接，指导电池壳体、连接件、绝缘材料等零部件的选型及工艺实现（如注塑、冲压、焊接）

- Cooperation with simulation team and tooling experts与仿真团队和模具专家进行共同工作结构强度分析、模态分析、碰撞仿真等，进行结构改进；

- Supervision, steering and control of external development partners监督、指导和控制外部发展伙伴

Education & Certification 教育及专业资质背景：

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, materials science and engineering, vehicle engineering, new energy, etc.本科及以上学历，机械设计、材料科学与工程、车辆工程、新能源等相关专业。

Knowledge and Specific Skills Required 所需的知识和特定技能：

- Proficient in CAD/Pro-E/UG/SolidWorks and other design software, especially CATIA. Familiar with FEA simulation analysis (such as thermodynamics, mechanics).精通CAD/Pro-E/UG/SolidWorks等设计软件，尤其CATIA 。了解FEA仿真分析（如热力学、力学）。

- Be familiar with the characteristics and safety design specifications of lithium batteries (such as UL, IEC, GB standards), and understand the battery pack assembly process (such as laser welding, resistance welding, and bonding process).熟悉锂电池特性及安全设计规范（如UL、IEC、GB标准）,了解电芯成组工艺（如激光焊接、电阻焊接，胶粘工艺）。

- Familiar with the design principles of battery thermal management, and able to optimize the structure by combining air cooling/natural heat dissipation and other solutions.熟悉电池热管理设计原理，能结合风冷/液冷/自然散热方案优化结构。

- - Familiar with stamping, injection molding, die-casting and other processing technologies, with cost control awareness熟悉冲压、注塑、压铸等加工工艺，具备成本控制意识

- Fluent in English
