Ensure to improve process flow and productivity improvement, design, fabricate and maintain shop aid (tooling) for production or related department.

3、在整个工艺过程中跟踪，分析和解决工装问题，为工装管理提供更深入和细致的信息。为所有项目，客户和供应商提供技术支持。

Track, analyze and solve the tooling issue during whole process flow to find root cause and provide further detail information for tooling management. To provide technique support for all programs, customers and supplier.

4、了解模具制造工艺，能够审查供应商提供的模具制造方案和检测方案，跟踪模具制造过程、检验过程、验收过程，处理过程问题和偏差。

know well about tooling manufacturing process, be able to review the manufacturing plan and inspection plan provided by the supplier, track tooling manufacturing process, inspection process, acceptance process, could deal with process problems and deviations.

5、为工装团队和相关人员安排和提供相应的培训来提高和改进工装工作技能和操作。

Prepare training materials, arrange and provide trainings to tooling team or related operators to improve their tooling skill and operation.

6、实施工具制造报价的业务流程、新产品报价的工具输入、涉及成本估算、进度协调和实施的工具配置变更 / Implement the business process for tool fabrication quotes, tooling input for new product quotes, tooling configuration changes that involve cost estimation, schedule coordination, and implementation.
