供应链专员 Supply Chain Specialist

1.Demand planning base on customer forecast or specific demand planning strategy.

基于客户预测或不同需求策略,进行需求计划管理

2.Customer order management and delivery assurance including RMA

销售定单和出货管理(包括退货处理)

3.Order creation, BOM maintenance in ERP system

ERP系统中的订单创建，BOM维护

4.Prepare order manuals (including product drawings, labels, etc.) to be distributed to production according to the order sequence.

根据订单顺序准备对应分发给生产的订单手册（含产品图纸，标签等资料）

5.Procurement of raw materials according to production and inventory.

根据生产及库存情况实施原材料的采购.

6.协助关务部门做保税仓库的管理工作

Assisting the customs department in the management of bonded warehouses

7.Customer credit limit control

客户信用额度控制

8.Other assignment(Customer satisfaction survey, payment collection, RFQ (Request of Quotation) processing for packing requested by customer)

其他任务(如:客户满意度调查,货款回收统计,有关报价)

9. Other tasks assigned by Superior

上级安排的其它任务

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, 3 years above background in SCM

本科及以上学历, 3年以上供应链工作经验

2. Familiar with Order management or Production Plan management

熟悉订单管理或生产计划管理

3.Should be capable to work carefully, pro-actively with strong sense of responsibility

做事认真细致、责任心强、积极主动；

4.Experience in bonded warehouse management is a plus

有保税仓库管理经验为加分项

5.Good in English, skill to use office

英语流利, 办公软件使用熟练
