岗位职责:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Agencies: Oversee agencies for SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing and more. Ensure agency performance aligns with company goals.
- Collaborative Coverage: The two digital marketers will cover a broad range of marketing functions, including:
- SEA (Search Engine Advertising): Managing paid search campaigns (mainly Google Ads).
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Ensuring the company's website and content are optimized for organic search in the U.S. market.
- Email Marketing: Developing and executing email campaigns that engage and convert customers.
- Social Media: Managing and growing brand presence on social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and more.
- Social Media Ads: Executing paid campaigns across social channels to drive traffic and sales, increase followers, and more.
- Website management: Overseeing website operations, ensuring it's up-to-date, user-friendly, and secure. Managing content, technical aspects, and analytics to improve performance.
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals for the U.S. market, focusing on key digital marketing areas.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance. Proactively suggest improvements based on insights.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency across marketing initiatives.
- Idea Sharing: Be proactive in providing ideas, feedback, and vision for growth and improvement of digital marketing campaigns.
- U.S. Market Expertise: Ensure all digital marketing campaigns are optimized for the U.S. audience, keeping cultural and market nuances in mind.
任职要求:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of digital marketing (management) experience focused on the U.S. market. Hands-on experience is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Broad understanding of SEM, SEO, social media (including paid ads), email marketing, influencer marketing and/or more.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and more).
- Proactive Advisor: Proactively provide strategic advice and innovative ideas to the director, particularly in areas where the team can offer fresh perspectives and expertise, helping guide decision-making across unfamiliar domains.
- Initiative & Leadership: A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and is not afraid to challenge assumptions, bringing forward new ideas and solutions that help shape the team's strategy.
- Proven experience managing external agencies and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Native English speaker preferred, other languages are a plus. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) is preferred.
- Experience working with Chinese (electronic) brands targeting the U.S. market is a plus.
