职位描述
Job responsibility:
- CV screening and interview arrangement;
- Vendor evaluation, renewal, changing and updating records and contracts accordingly;
- Plan and organize events, including but not limited to a birthday party, tea break, outing, annual party, etc.;
- Monthly payments preparation and submission;
- Reception work back up.
- Assist in moving, renovation, communicating with the landlord, etc.
- Other HR & Admin activities and duties have been asked.
- 简历筛选、面试接待;
- 供应商合同洽谈、更新,并实时进行归档记录;
- 负责策划组织各类员工活动包括但不限于:下午茶,生日会,团建,年会等;
- 月度付款准备并提交;
- 前台工作支持;
- 负责协助装修、搬家、物业沟通;
- 其他被交派的临时性的人事行政相关工作。
Requirements:
- Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD, OUTLOOK);
- Can speak and write English in some degree;
- College or above degree;
- Easy going, quick learner, willing to help;
- Strong self-driving force and self-learning ability;
- Strong pressure resistance;
- With related working experience in a foreign company or firm is preferable.
- 熟练掌握办公软件;
- 有一定的英语口语与书写技能;
- 专科及以上学历;
- 性格好,开朗、热情、乐于沟通
- 自驱力高,自我学习能力强
- 抗压力强
- 有外资公司或事务所工作经验的加分
