Be responsible for all Procurement activities for JCH-WH (>$300m

annualized spend). Manage annual saving plans for Direct and Indirect spend.

Be responsible for accurately and effectively managing savings roadmap to

meet annual P&L objectives.

Manage annual Trade Working Capital (cash flow) improvement plans.

·

·

Execute Category Strategies and be part of the central procurement

team.

·

Execute specific initiatives to improve supplier delivery performance

(quality, delivery, lead-time). Support operational excellence utilizing CI/

MBBP,

Lean & Six sigma, VA/VE tools in cooperation with local business staff.

·

Lead ‘Make v Buy’ study and implementation.

·

Be responsible for New Product Development activity (NPD) within

plants, ensuring suppliers’ involved in accordance with the Corporate ‘PDP’

process to ensure on-time delivery and to cost budget. Support manufacturing

footprint changes and outsourcing activity

·

Mange plant procurement team (11 subordinate) and accelerate young people

leadership development

Educational Background

University with bachelor degree.

MBA is an advantage

Work Experience

Procurement

dept management experience, at least 5 years.

Market

intelligence, cost analysis, Supply Chain/Material Management &

procurement related working experience, at least 10 years.

Supply chain and procurement operation

MNC experience.
