职位描述
The plant coordinator will collaborate with Production, warehouse, quality department and procurement to lead projects standard execution process. The role responsible for internal customer, need close tracking of under production projects, foresee potential risk of capacity
and project on time deliver with multi planning techniques. It will lead the application of best practice to ensure project under smooth control.
The plant coordinator role and responsible shall focus on but not limited to and deliver the following
* Experienced in capacity planning, foresee potential requirement of production base on
capacity planning
* Analysis material status of each project, do preparation before assembly start
* Drive material pick process, and keep improving
* Drive integrated project production planning process
* Work very closely with production, monitoring under production projects status
* Ability to recognize key parts via following project assembly process
* Aable to clarify key node of procedure in precision machine assembly(Plant&the third party) and commissioning
* Fixed production plan arrangement by weekly/monthly, continuously rolling, follow output to
analysis exception, keep optimization and adjustment
* Project standard hrs. against actual hours process handling
* Ability to recognize and understand SAP automatically generate unusual task and influence
* Experience in SAP PP/MM/PS module
* Lean project experience is preferred
More than 2 years in planning function of production control and capacity analysis is preferred
