Tasks:

• Lead order engineering/R&D team to prioritize signed off work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or budgets, resources and deadlines

• Innovation to product process including product improvement, new product development, technology development and localization, with an efficient team of people with the right mix of competence and experience

• Secure that the organization is continuously improving by coaching, developing, attracting, recruiting, retaining and motivating the team

• Guide and instruct technical staff for order or R&D design

• In charge of technical transfer from headquarter
