1、 项目进度管理

1) 接受市场部的产品立项并开展工作，按照标准项目流程推动项目，处理项目中发生的异常。

2) 对产品的质量、成本、进度进行综合管控，达成交付。

3) 对产品的全生命周期进行管理。

1. Project schedule management

1) Accept the project approval of products from the Marketing Department and carry out the work, promote the project according to the standard project process, and deal with the anomalies in the project.

2) Comprehensively control product quality, cost and schedule to achieve delivery.

3) Manage the whole life cycle of the product.

2、 成本控制

1) 按标准流程协助PDM进行成本核算。

2) 按市场部给出的目标成本，组织成本cost down会议，分解成本降低任务。

3) 跟进相关责任人确保成本降低任务执行到位。

4) 目标成本不合适时提出质疑和修改要求。

5) 对成本控制中涉及成本、质量、进度的矛盾进行平衡。

2. Cost control

1) Assist PDM in cost accounting according to standard procedures.

2) Organize cost down meetings and break down cost reduction tasks according to the target cost given by the Marketing Department.

3) Follow up with relevant responsible persons to ensure the implementation of cost reduction tasks.

4) Raise questions and modify requirements when the target cost is inappropriate.

5) Balance the contradictions involving cost, quality and schedule in cost control.

3、 生产组织跟进（试产、量产） 新项目试产跟进

1) 组织原型构建和验证测试、项目进行试产、量产，新项目试产和量产前期跟踪

2) 组织解决试产生产异常。

3) 组织处理项目量产后的异常。

1) Organize prototype builds and verification testing, project trial production and mass production, track new project trial production and mass production early stage

4、 首单交付保障

1) 与PMC沟通明确订单生产需求。

2) 核对物料，组织物料按订单需求交付。

3) 组织产线按时按质按量开始订单生产。

4) 协助处理交付异常。

1) Communicate with PMC to clarify the production requirements of the order.

2) Check the materials and organize the delivery of materials according to the order requirements.

3) Organize the production line to start the order production according to quality and quantity on time.

4) Assist in handling delivery exceptions.

5、 日常沟通协调

1) 以推动项目为目的，与各项目组成员进行日常沟通。

2) 协调各项目组成员以及项目参与部门合作关系。

5. Daily communication and coordination

1) Daily communication with project team members for the purpose of promoting the project.

2) Coordinate the cooperation between project team members and project participating departments.

6、 报表提交

1) 提交项目周报。

2) 提交各类项目延迟报表。

3) 提交其他统计类报表。

6. Report submission

1) Submit weekly project report.

2) Submit various project delay reports.

3) Submit other statistical reports.

REQUIREMENTS：

1、 全日制统招本科起，理工科学历背景，5年以上项目管理经验，有PMP证书为加分项；

full-time undergraduate, science and engineering background, more than 5 years of project management experience, PMP certificate as a bonus;

2、 出身于电子产品研发行业，项目包含硬件、结构、软件三个部分。纯软件项目或纯硬件项目经理不符条件；

from the electronic product research and development industry, the project includes hardware, structure, software three parts. Software-only project or hardware-only project manager is not eligible;

3、 逻辑性条理性强，结果导向。

4、 英语可以作为工作语言。

English can be used as working language.
