Production Supervisor

Responsible for the production ,warehouse , produciton planning , IPQC

岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)

？ Take over responsibilities for projects of process improvement, In agreement with the Plant Manager to take over the management of the activities/projects running by supporting from departments like procurement , Maintenance ，R&D , quality ,customer service ,ESH, other shared services and diverse departments.

？ Supervise raw material and product quality; implement improvements (organizational, technical and/or chemical); measurement and assessment of the outcome.

？ Ensure the realization of the production plan (e.g. raw- and auxiliary materials, manpower, 'plant availability'..)

？ Preparation of shut downs together with maintenance department and responsible for startup of single production units or the whole plant.

？ Lead a team by objectives and goal-oriented; coach and support subordinates, encourage working independently or within team; evaluate and improve the performance of the teams.

？ Supporting in the internal and external reporting and/or follow-up activities (e.g. Audit, inspection, licenses, approvals and permits..)

？ Production planning in accordance to the customer service and technical requirements.

？ Arrange disposal of wastes in compliance with the regulations.

？ Develop/upgrade the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) system and the OEE tool for the production facility, implement correction plan in terms of KPIs/OEE improvement.

？ Preparation of the figures for the monthly report.

？ Writing up and update plant documentation (English and Chinese) in the appropriate database.（SOPs/SOCs）

？ Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.

？ Timely complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Report to the Plant manager 。

Job Requirements 任职要求：

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

？ Above bachelor degree, major in chemical engineer, chemistry or related subjects

？ Excellent chemical and process knowledge, deep knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals

？ Multi-year experience in foreign-invested manufacturing chemical company;

？ More than three years’experience in people management position;

？ Advanced technical and scientific knowledge and understanding and capability to handle relevant instruments and equipment accordingly.

？ Fluent English and presentation skills，oversea training experience is preferred .

？ Good knowledge of IT and other application tools (MS Office,ERP，etc；)

？ Well-organized personality, possess strong skills in planning, analysis, and creativity.
