生产计划/物料计划(PMC)

1.大专及以上学历;

University degree or above.

2.3 年以上相关工作经验,汽车行业供应商优先;

More than three years experience, automotive filed is preferred.

3.很强的沟通能力，有团队意识和客户至上的服务意识;

Strong communication skill, good team work spirit and customer service orientation .

4.熟悉 SAP 系统操作流程，并且对物料计划和库存控制有一定的经验;

Familiar with SAP system and know how to control material management .

5.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Good skills of English listening, reading, write and spoken.

岗位职责Job Accountabilities：

1.依据主生产计划以周为单位制定物料需求计划（物料需求预测），并与供应商及时有效的沟通;

Initiate material plan or forecast on weekly basis based on Master Production Schedule,

communicate with supplier effectively and timely.

2.制定订单或合并订单，确保供应商准时并依据指定数量达成交货计划;

Initiate PO or combined PO to make sure supplier to accomplish delivery schedule punctually

and in required quantity.

3.严格执行物料订购流程，以及供应商索赔流程（与供应商质量管理人员或前期采购人员）;

Follow up material order process, and supplier claim process with SQA or Advanced

Purchaser strictly.

4.通过对物料移动状态的跟踪，来及时控制库存，并采取措施进行改善如调整物料计划等;

Control material inventory ,through slow moving monitoring, consequently implement

countermeasure to Improve, such as adjust material planning etc.

5.每月及时提交供应商交货成绩数据给供应商质量管理部门;

Submit supplier delivery performance database on monthly basis to Supplier quality

management timely.

6.对由于物料计划问题或人为差错而产生的呆滞品负责;

Responsible for obsolesce due to bad material planning or mistakes.

7.每周回顾供应商交付绩效并且要求供应商提供及时提供整改报告;

Weekly review the supplier delivery performance and request supplier to submit the corrective

action reports timely.

8.供应商走访了解供应商生产制造工艺过程及供应商产能分析情况。

Supplier visiting to understand the general process of manufacturing at supplier and capacity

analysis.
