Management trainee

1.Fully understand customer needs, complete customer job responsibility analysis, and develop a sound talent search plan.

确定目标性候选人，负责甄选，面试，评估，为候选人提供专业职业规划。

2.Identify target candidates, responsible for selection, interview, evaluation, and professional career planning for candidates.

协调和推动客户进一步安排候选人面试并及时反馈面试结果。

3.Coordinate and promote clients to further arrange candidate interviews and timely feedback the interview results.

向客户提供完善的候选人背景调查、薪资谈判及后续跟踪服务。

4.Provide clients with comprehensive candidate background investigation, salary negotiation and follow-up services.

协调客户和候选人之间的关系，跟进并关注候选人长期职业发展。

5. Coordinate the relationship between clients and candidates, follow up and pay attention to the long-term career development of candidates.

Qualifications:

统招本科（含专升本，专转本）。

1.Unified undergraduate admission (including upgrading, special transfer).

英文可作为工作语言的优先考虑。

2.English is preferred as a working language.

有较强的责任心及抗压能力，有志长期猎头行业发展。

3.Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, and are willing to develop the headhunting industry for a long time.

逻辑清晰，能独立发现问题并分析解决

4.Clear logic, able to find and solve problems independently.

有较强的沟通能力、说服能力及谈判技巧

5.Strong communication skills, persuasive skills and negotiation skills.

具备良好的职业操守与团队合作能力。

6. Have good professional ethics and team work ability.
