Purpose of Job:
Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction, all the activities from order entry to delivery to customer, responsible for reducing expenses, purchase order creation at different overseas locations and follow up.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
● Responsible for Daily Sales Orders and dispatch co-ordination.
● Effective planning to reduce expenses.
● Responsible for Delivery Note creation in SAP and co-ordination with Warehouse Team.
● Responsible for purchase order creation and follow up with different overseas DPS Locations.
● Responsible for order processing, on time delivery and other customer support activities.
● Good understanding with cross functional team to support customer requirement.
Requirements:
1. Education : Bachelor degree
2. Experience: 3 to 5 years in .
3. Specialized knowledge: SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Point
4. Fluent in spoken and written English.
