IQC Supervisor

1.Implements inspection plans for new projuects and updates current projects as necessary.执行新项目的检验计划，必要时更新现有项目。

2.Sopports manufacturing engineer in process validations,process chontrol,process training programs,process improvement,risk management,and software validations and control.支持工艺验证，工艺控制，工艺改进和风险管理。

3.Develops protocols for validation,evaluates data,and writes reports.评估报告

4.Serves as resource for problem identification,improvement,and resolution.问题识别，改进和解决

5.Prepares reports to evaluate effectiveness of quality systems准备报告以评估质量体系的有效性

6.Works cooperatively in a team environment to reach common results and goals.团队协作，达到共同的结果和目标

7.Works with suppliers and SQE to resolve or improve quality issues and to implement effective action.与供应商和SQE一起解决或改进质量问题

8.Manage the IQC team‘s daily job.管理IQC团队日常工作

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1.At least 5 years' experience in same position.至少5年以上同岗位工作经验

2.Good measurement equipment operation skill.熟练操作各种测量工具

3.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.优秀的沟通协调能力

4.English drawing readable识别英文图纸

5.Good English readable and oral.英语口语流利，英语能作为工作语言

6.Good team player优秀的团队合作者

7.Mechanical background.机械及相关专业教育背景

8.Familiar with Quality tools like PPAP,FMEA,CAPA..熟悉PPAP,FMEA,CAPA等质量工具

9.Knowledge of and experience with ISO/TS requirements.具有ISO/TS要求的知识和经验
