Business Development Manager

61 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the 3PL space.

61 Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

61 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.

61Client Relationship Management

61 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

61 Understand client needs and propose tailored 3PL solutions.

61 Negotiate contracts and service agreements.

61Operational Collaboration

61 Work closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

61 Monitor service performance and ensure KPIs are met.

61Reporting & Analysis

61 Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews.

61 Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

61 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

61 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or business development, preferably in a 3PL environment.

61 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

61 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

61 Familiarity with logistics systems, WMS/TMS, and supply chain analytics.
