1. 日常工厂厂务保养：熟悉配电系统 / 空调 / 空压机 / 水系统，

2. EHS: 危废管理, 消防维修保养，政府检查,证件签发管理

3. 维修项目管理，如： 小车间改造 ，第三方施工监督

4. 与园区物业的沟通，车位，仓库等

岗位职责

Area of Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the maintenance and management of public facilities such as buildings, electricity,compressed air, HVAC and VOC;

2.Develop the maintenance plan for public facilities and in accordance with GMP standards and ensure implementation;

3.Responsible for the maintenance fire protection system base on FM requirements

4.Develop maintenance SOPs for public facilities and production equipment, meet GMP standards and regulations, and supervise implementation;

5.Supervise third-party on-site work to ensure safety and quality compliance;

6.Spare parts management and keep safety stock and records;

7.Energy consumption statistics, maintenance record management;

8.Participate in and support HSE and quality internal and external audits;

任职资格

Person Specification：

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electric, and HVAC professional is best;

2.Experience in maintaining power system and HVAC is preferred.

3.Skilled capability of operating AutoCAD, Office software ;

4.Good Oral and written English is better.
