职位描述

- Report HSE incidents. Feeds back on lessons learned and best practice to management and employees. Report progress on implementation of Group Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to Group, as required.
- Implement policies and standards. Ensure area of responsibility is audited according to program for audit. Assist line managers and supervisors in understanding obligations, liability and how to fulfil their roles, according to local HSE law and Group policy, instructions and standards.
- Facilitate HSE risks assessment by line management involving shop floor employees, i.e. those directly concerned by the hazards, and ensure all processes are implemented.
- Engage external (e.g. customers, suppliers and other stakeholders) and internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment on company HSE efforts and performance and obtain objective feedback.
- Ensure appropriate safety equipment and tools are available and used. Identify, plan and initiate training need, e.g. for employees, site managers, and agree with, and ensure delivery of training from the CoE.
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- A College degree and above in electrical automation or mechanical design is preferred.
- Basic Theoretical with 3+ years of experience, hold a registered safety engineer certificate or certificate of occupational health related is preferred.
- Basic English reading and writing skills are required.
- Proactive, Pragmatic and Ownership.
