职位描述
工作职责Responsibility：
全面负责工厂生产运营。生产、质量、物流、设备、安全、环保等各项工厂运营制度的拟订，检查、监督、控制及执行。确保工厂正常运营及目标达成。Overall responsibility for plant operation. Production, quality, logistics, equipment, safety, environmental protection and other plant operation system formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation. Ensure normal operation of the plant and achievement of target.
工作内容Job Description：
1、负责除财务人事外的工厂整体运营管理；Responsible for the overall operation management of the plant except Financial and HR.
2、政府事务联络对接；Government affairs liaison and docking.
3、总部部分事务联络对接；Liaison with the headquarters.
4、平行部门沟通协作；Communicate and cooperate with parallel departments.
5、领导交办的其他事宜。
Other matters assigned by leaders.
任职资格Qualification：
1、本科以上文化，机械制造相关专业。亦可专业不限，Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical.
2、10年以上生产相关经验，5年以上生产制造企业高层管理经验。More than 10 years working experience in production management, more than 5 years of senior management experience in manufacturing enterprises.
3、丰富的工厂运营管理经验及良好的职业道德。有能力有担当。Rich experience in factory operation and management and good professional ethics. Capable and responsible.
4、擅长团队协作，具有亲和力，沟通能力极佳。Good at teamwork, with affinity, excellent communication skills.
5、熟悉注塑、吹塑、挤塑等注塑工艺。 Familiar with injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and other injection molding processes.
6、有新厂房规划布局相关经验者为佳。Experience in new plant planning and layout is preferred.
7、英语可日常沟通交流，可作为工作语言为佳。English can be used as a working language for daily communication.
