职位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Product development: 10% of position responsibility
Product development –
Sharing fashion trend and guide suppliers to understand the product range our brand expected.
Collect and filter supplier’s collection and present internally to buying teams.
Development brief and tech pack execution follow up with suppliers.
B. Costing negotiation: 20% of position responsibility
- Assist buying teams in price negotiation and price analysis with vendors.
- Cross costing - Basics / Seasonal Basics cross costing with different vendors for regular price evaluation.
C. Sample Approval: 20% of position responsibility
- Sample Approval – Assist buying teams for aesthetic approval whenever needed.
D. TNA Management (production follow up) :35% of position responsibility
- TNA (Time and Action – Production tracker) –.
Production follow up from order placed to shipment, status to be reflected on TNA.
Weekly TNA sharing with buying teams.
Manage any exceptions and issues in production process.
E. New vendor Sourcing, Evaluation & Training: 15% of position responsibility
- New Vendor Sourcing - Searching new vendor / product as per buying needs.
- Vendor Evaluation – Evaluating new vendors approaching for business, review their product capabilities, price workability, coordinating with our QC team/3rd party for factory audit.
- New vendor training on working process and order requirement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
- English Communication skill –Proficient in both oral and writing as *** working language. CET 4 or above is preferred
- Ms. Office – Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook - Proficient.
- 5 years+ working experiences in Toys & Luggage industry on merchandising role.
- Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills
- Familiar with all type of Toys & Luggage in
- Production and technical process
Sense of fashion trend.
Cost.
Main areas of production base for different type of products, knowing opportunities and risks in these areas from sourcing perspective.
