5+ years professional experience in technical / industrial sales with proven track record

Experience in Auto parts, Material processing…

High flexibility and willingness to travel

Experience in Material processing, plastics processing, e.g. injection, thermoforming, bloom plastic…, or composite material, like SMC, GMT…, or engineering plastics, or mold manufacturers)

Very good technical understanding

Self-starter with a very high level of drive and motivation

Effective communicator, speaks clearly and to the point

English: writing and reading

Job Description & Responsibilities

Assist BD Director to maintain and further develop Key Account customer including frequent visits, accompany projects, knowing all functions in customer’s organization, etc.

Be responsible for the business in assigned area: to be defined;

Develop and manage sales new projects;

Introduce products, give technical advice, present offers and negotiate conditions, coordinate handling of claims in close cooperation with the plant.

Build up long lasting customer relationships;

Active, frequent exchange with direct colleagues and plant team incl. regular summary and report on sales activities to management

Represent the company in trade fairs, conferences;

Maintain professional and technical knowledge;
