新产品开发结构工程师

2) 协调沟通美国开发团队与供应商。一起跟催新产品开发项目的进展：分析 图纸并提出优化意见，跟踪样品的进展情况，报价，出样，包装资料等 ，促成新产品在给定的时间内出货上市！

3）-开发新产品，能按照外观设计要求，同设计团队 一起创设计产品内部结构，绘制2D平面图，3D开模建档图纸 ，BOM 爆炸图 ，模具设计，对模流进行分析，

4）对开发的新产品，项目结束前，完善产品规格，说明书，标准SPECSHEET 等， 以供工厂制造和之后QC检验作参 考。

5） 有需要时，首批次到工厂进行出货前的验货。汇总存档各项质检记录和客户投诉，并能进行分析统计，提出改善方案，完善质量管理； 对所有的项目进展，资料进行存档 。

New Product development Engineer : major responsibilities :

1. Sourcing new supplier, contact with new supplier for new product lines .

2. Work between USA design team and suppliers for engineering review, tooling, sampling, production status , to meet new product launching dead lines.

3. Based on design demand, work with Design team to create 3D computer modle 。BOM drawing , Tooling flow design .

4.Create product specification for manufacturing menu , instruction sheet, and create product acceptance standard for inspection reference

5. When needed , Conduct factory on-site pre-shipping inspection ,ensure product quality for new product's initial shipments , Deal with QC claim and make improvement plan with factories ..
